Yes. Every Fisique membership pairs you with a certified coach who runs your sets, corrects your form, and adjusts your program as you progress.
Can I try a personal training session for free?

How far is Fisique Fitness from Gandipet?
Just 7 minutes. We're in Kokapet, above Pulla Reddy Sweets in Advant Cedar — a quick drive via Gandipet Road. Khajaguda residents are 5-6 minutes away.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Sunday is self-train only, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (no personal trainers on site).
Is there a sauna?
Yes, we have an on-site sauna for post-workout recovery. It's included with personal training packages.
Can I join without personal training, just a gym membership?
Yes. Standalone gym membership is available if you'd rather train on your own — coached sessions are recommended for anyone new to strength training.
